Train the Trainer

In order to further optimize student education in practice, we are offering a further "Train the Trainer" basic course on the campus of the University Hospital Magdeburg in September in cooperation with the Surgical Teaching Group (CAL) and the BMBF joint project "Practical Clinical Competence".

This course is aimed at teaching physicians of all disciplines and serves to impart medical didactic knowledge. The participants of the basic course learn how good teaching can be integrated into clinical everyday life on a ward or in an outpatient clinic and how they can create an optimal teaching and learning climate through supportive mentoring behaviour and feedback.
