Block Internship Surgery
In the block internship, students learn basic surgical skills which they can apply under supervision in surgery as well as later in everyday practice.
Students have a total of 2 weeks of practical training at their disposal. In the first week, skills and examination techniques are taught in a practice-oriented manner in the SkillsLab and in the following week, they are put into practice in a surgical ward, in the outpatient department, in the Central Emergency Department or in the operating room.
